Interiör design collection: “NTEX is fantastic at finding solutions”

Interiör Design Collection was founded in Luleå in 1991, and is today represented in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Prague, and Tallinn. The company specialises in selling high‑quality furniture for public environments, such as restaurant furniture, table bases, and hotel furniture. When it is time to import and deliver goods, Interiör Design Collection relies on NTEX.
“We have been using NTEX since 2021, and we are very happy with the results. I had previously been in contact with Robert and Fredrik at the Malmö office. They are clear, flexible, and make sure to solve any problems that might come up,” says Michael Jakobsson at Interiör Design collection and continues:
“We buy supplies for around three million SEK a year, and we use NTEX for both import and export. NTEX is fantastic at finding solutions that suit everyone involved, and there is a high level of trust between us. If there is a problem and they need to resort to a solution that will be slightly more expensive for us, we don’t have to have a million meetings about it. NTEX focuses on solving the problem, which is something we really appreciate”, concludes Michael Jakobsson.
