Important Customer Information: ICS2 and Safety & Security Declaration Charges

From March 1, 2025, NTEX will implement new charges in line with regulatory requirements for both ICS2 declarations for imports to the EU and Safety & Security declarations for imports to the UK.
From March 1, 2025, NTEX will implement new charges in line with regulatory requirements for both ICS2 declarations for imports to the EU and Safety & Security declarations for imports to the UK.
ICS2 Charge (EU Imports)
For all shipments where NTEX provides both the Export and ICS2 declaration, the charge will be £35.
For customers using another agent for the Export declaration, the charge for the ICS2 declaration alone will be £20.
Safety & Security Declaration Charge (UK Imports)
This charge will be merged with the Border Control Post Fee, and the total costs will be:
🔹 Full Trailer Shipments: £19.32 / SEK 267
🔹 Part Load & Groupage Shipments: £8.48 / SEK 117
These charges cover compliance with the new reporting requirements and ensure seamless cargo movement.
